1. Introduction

2. Responsibilities
2.1 Overall Responsibility: The responsibility for Health and safety within Job Skills Training Charity rests with the Board of Trustees, who are committed to ensuring that appropriate resources and support are provided to meet health and safety requirements.
2.2 Health & Safety Lead: The designated Health & Safety Lead for Job Skills Training Charity is Mrs. Snejuti Mukherjee, who will oversee the implementation of this policy and ensure that all relevant measures are taken to maintain safety.
2.3 Staff and Volunteers: All staff and volunteers are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others. They are expected to adhere to safety guidelines, report hazards, and participate in training to ensure a safe working environment.
